Introduction
Indian cuisine consists of vide variety of regional and tradional cuisine native to the indian subcontinent. Given the range of diversity in soil type, climate, culture, ethnic groups and occupanation'these cuisines vary substantially from each other and use locally available spicies, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. Indian food is also heavily influenced by religion, in particular hindu, and cultural choices and tradition. Also, middle eastern and central Asia influences have occurred on north indian cuisines from the year of Mughal rule. Indian cuisine is still evolving,  as a result of nation's cultural interaction with other society.
